Aisha Mohammed is a Nigerian basketball player, her parents being Maryam & Abdulahi Mohammed, also she has 3 brothers Aminu (26), Ibrahim (24), Tusuf (21)- & sister Halima (16). She likes the subject of sports marketing.
In her High school, she played Played basketball, volleyball, hand ball, track & field, & soccer at AA International. team MVP 2002 a Rookie of the Year 2001 won the Best Jumper & Javelin Thrower prize in track also honored in 100 meters & 200 meters.
Among top junior college players in nation. first-team Kodak/WBCA All-American in 2006, averages 22 points, 11 rebounds. Shot 70 percent from field as a sophomore at Central Arizona College 2006. Selected ACCAC Women's Basketball Division 1 Player of the Week on Dec. 18, 2005. helped Lady Vaqueras remain unbeaten by scoring 22 pts & pulling in 17 rebounds in the 91-46 win over Mesa. GOT 33 points & 11 rebounds on Glendale in a 126-46 victory over Lady Gauchos. Named national tournament MVP. Helped defending national champion Central Arizona to perfect 28-0 record in regular season & No. 1 NJCAA national ranking ... the squad advanced to the 2006 national semifinals.
Played for Nigeria in the 2004 Olympics in Athens, Greece, in game for 12th, had 13 boards & 8points in the win over South Korea in victory, Nigeria became first African team to win a Olympic game. Played for Nigeria at 2006 FIBA World Championship in Brazil. So the Nigerian Women's Basketball team, carried on improving.
She likes rice candy, black & red, Will Smith, Queen Latifa, the music of Michael Jackson, the Bible, & basketball shooting practice

She also says her best present as a child was a soccer ball, & candy.
