How about putting ocean liners on the river or off the coast or Lake Erie for the Northern Cities, or the Mississippi in the southern states, and renting out the space on the ships to business or for homes. At the very least we can use this as permanent storage space. Everyone is talking about rising land prices Why would it not be profitable to put an ocean liner on the river system in New York and hire it out for office space. Why not build a football or baseball ship too, for all the franchise teams that want to move to New York temporarily. Where we get an old big ship build a baseball or soccer pitch on it, and sail it around playing the Superbowl final on it if small cities cannot afford to build their own stadium. OK I admit, the game would be ruined if it got wavey. How about roundabout space, look at all that wasted space in the roundabout areas, in New York. How many homes could they build there. You call it roundabout space I call it prime real estate. My company roundabout investment plan to make billions from this space as we bought all the mayor for a cool million. Please help us though we are trapped in the middle. They could build a bridge from the roundabout over the roundabout to the other side. Why has no one ever built an underground house off the New york coast. It would fetch millions. Look at this a view of the river. A view in the river. A view of the fish and the whale that swim up the sea. How about right below the statue of liberty. Also another idea is caravans on top of skyscraper, this is wasted space, I will hire out the top of these structures and multi storey car parking areas to put caravans. Also another idea is that if the police say you cannot just park there all night. Another idea is to have the sleep bus for tourism. What happens is as it is cheaper to have a bus than a hotel in New York. We have a giant bus. You pay for the night to sleep on this bus which drives around New York, parks occasional to save on fuel then moves on when the police see us. In total you will get a cheaper price than sleeping in a hotel. Also another idea along the same line is sleep submarine. You go into the the submarine then we sink the submarine you sleep then we raise the submarine. Another idea is hot air balloons, or zeppelin, or airships, for your office or hotel space, you just pay for the cost of something to tie your hot air balloon too. You can have as big a hotel room you like depending on the size of the hot air balloon, zeppelin. Then when you need to get down you tell us. Chimneys is another area of wasted space in New York. We plan to buy all the chimneys in New York. What is the point in building a high rise apartment when you can have a hot air balloon for cheaper looking over anywhere in New York you want.
Another idea is if the New York council say you cannot park that boat there, we get alot of ships, You come to the centre of New York to work, Because you want to set up business in the big apple you get on the boat arrive at 9 in the morning. Then as the port authority will not let us just park there all day we sail up the coast and then you can have the freedom of the ship all day, then the ship goes back to the point you got on at, at 5 o'clock. So you have an exclsive New York address for you business or home. This idea can work for homes, or event ships too. I can't see why the mayor does not do this already. Also you don't have to pay New York mayor any rent as you on a river and no one owns the river. So we are giving you the cheapest prices.
You name it Empire state building, the UN building, The baseball or football stadium, Manhatten, Rochester, Broadway, or any other other exclusive area of New York we can get cheap housing using our ideas. What about the New York library. No one lives there at night. We have got many more right ideas. Also pizza delivery men and ambulance men alllways have work to do, so tie the carravan to the back of the pizza delivery van or ambulance, they are moving anyway, so you are not costing them any extra money, so that can be another version of out sleep bus.
