Computercracy party -is this the ideology of the 21st century.

What happens when computer power is more intelligent than people power. Who will run the nation. Surely when give the choice between a moral compuiter or a indvidual human a computer of more intelligence capable of quicker thought, incorruptible and incapable of illness. The choice would be simple.

The computer would not need a translator, it would not need sleep, it would defeat any human when it came to knowing the information on a given subject. I know Teminantor discuses robots taking over the planet. But about the real possibility of computer power getting all the top jobs deciding what you do. If you own a small business, would you do all the brain work yourself when you could hire a computer which could make better decisions and earn you more money. If you run a larger business, surely you would choose the computer instead of some high flying business man. Why on earth would you choose any human over a more intelligent quicker thinking computer. If you have a football team, why would you choose even Jose Mourinho over a computer which could make a better and more efficient judge of tactical power or player power. A computer has already won against a grandmaster at chess. How difficult would it be to produce a computer that could be a better manager than a human at football or rugby. So if within two decades all computer intelligence will be more than any human. Why will any management job go to a human. Football sides, politics, business, school, rugby every one of them could run be by a computer. And what economic situation will this cause. Will we still have capitalism or will communism and central planning come back. After all the randomness of capitalism may work better than communism and central planning, when a human is doing the planning. But could computer intelligence get to a point that central planning is better. Or will be it still be preferable to have many different computer technologies competing against eachother on planning. After all many computer system would still do better than one computer. How long is it before people have nothing to do with decision making and we all just elect and are told what to do by more intelligent computer power. I know this has been covered to some extent is Sci fi. But i don't think to the extent it should be. Surely this is greatest debate of our century and the most likely ideology to take power Computercracy. Communism, capitalism, feudalism, democratic socialism, religious theocracies, monarchies, have all had power, but what about a new ideology that may arise the ideology of computercray. I do not know if this is the ideology for the 21st century, but if it is be nice to your computer.

And why does the intellectual media not discuss this issue not just sci fi movies.
