In the city of the South Amercian state is the great city: balloon city, a city made entirely out of hot air balloons. It sits about 1 km above the city.
It has about a population of 3000.
When people want to go to work they lower the balloons down and put the baloons just above the suface of the city. to let people put to go to work. Then at they go back down again to let people back in.
Buenos Aires is the capital of Argentina and its largest city and port. It is located on the southern shore of the Río de la Plata (River Plate, the River of Silver), on the southeastern coast of the South American continent.
The balloon can house a few people. The biggest one has a pool.
