Is a new player in Women's Volleyball. She is one of the
main players, who helped lead Brazil to Silver in the World-wide Championship
of 2006. She is positined at the half-of-net and has the ability to blockade.
She currently plays for Rexona/Ades (RIO DE JANEIRO)
2005 saw her contract renewed for a third year with her present team. Where she wished to carry on some good season in the Superliga of Brazil.
She often appears as the main Brazilian player and top scorer in games scoring many points.
She sometimes shoots aces in matches which go long ways to winning games.
And for instance was the best blocker at the Copa America of Volleyball in 2006. She is seen as with a partnership with 190cm tall Joyce Silva She is seen as part of the new generation of Brazilian volleyballers who will form the core of a good team for the future. Brazil and Cuba both dominate South and Central American volleyball.
She was also in 2006 voted the best blocker in the Super Liga.
