This is not a online auction, more a fixed price shop, like a normal store, And in some ways also better for agrophobes too.

Nothing should be sent till payment is cleared. The convention is for people to look at their emails which use this site, at least every week, maybe a set day of every Saturday or Sunday. That should be the convention, and maybe daily. As it has no time limit though weekly may be better.
