Moon Villas

Earth's only natural satellite and the fifth largest natural satellite in the Solar System.

Villas can be rented, bought, sold, hired, invested, sold on the Moon. They are a great place to have a villa. Imagine it would be a great virwe of the planet well as long as you are not on the dark side of the moon. Villas would have great sports as you can jump very far. Tennis would be tough. But you could be good at the long jump.

The average centre to centre distance from the Earth to the Moon is 384,403 km, about thirty times the diameter of the Earth. The Moon's diameter is 3,474 km, a little more than a quarter that of the Earth. This means that the Moon's volume is about 2 percent that of Earth and the pull of gravity at its surface about 17 percent that of the Earth. The Moon makes a complete orbit around the Earth every 27.3 days, and the periodic variations in the geometry of the Earth–Moon–Sun system are responsible for the lunar phases that repeat every 29.5 days.

The Moon's surface shows obvious evidence of having been affected by impact cratering. Impact craters form when asteroids and comets collide with the lunar surface, and globally about half a million craters with diameters greater than 1 km can be found. Since impact craters accumulate at a nearly constant rate, the number of craters per unit area superposed on a geologic unit can be used to estimate the age of the surface. A crarter would be a great place to have villa beside as you could have a great view of the crater and maybe fill it with water for a beach like view. Imagine the great sun weather. On the light side of the sun there is alot of sun as it allways faces the sun.

Imagine having a villa on the Moon it would be cool.

I do not think you can get one at present due to cost.
