Different sources say she was either born in Ekaterinburg formerly known as Sverdlovsk or Krasnoyarsk. But she lived in the larger city formerly known as Sverdlovsk for a while.

She is a member of the Russian Federation Volleyball team,
and the one that won silver medal on summer Olympic Games 2004 in Athens.

to college at Urals State Pedagogical University, where she qualified as a wizard
