The best exchange rate may be one that is unofficial in some lands, as some lands have pegged their currecny artificially high. The Best Echange rate may also be one of pride, maybe the strongest, most stable, or the one, worth the most like the Pound, is worth almost 2 dollars, there could be a currency worth 3 pounds, though it would mean little in some ways. Also there could be the best in some ways the worst like a called trillions of dollars just as of hyper inflation, whcih would be the worst really, or the best could be the one, rising the most recently or the one, with the best name.
