born January 31, 1979, Orinda, California,
She went to Minnesota for her college, where she became and All-American. then in 2000 was equal top player in the Big Ten Conference.
She got three all american team namings in a row, and a honorable mention in her 1st so freshman season afore that. She reached the biggest amount of kills in Big Ten history with 2,379, by the end of her career, at indoor Volleyball, plus was third in career digs in school history. With a kill tally sixth in NCAA Division I history, but had played fewer games than those above her.
In 2001-2003 she joined the US Volleyball team, winning bronze in the Pan-Am Games 2003. She then became a professional in in Italy & Japan following college. She also won a award MVP of a USPV Championship Tourney when aiding Minnesota Chill to a 2002 title.

In 2005 she won the Rookie of the year award. by beating many team seeded above her partnership, and losing rarely to those lower. She got 78 aces in 2005 the sixth best on the AVP tour. Before 2006 she also played with Angie Akers on a Australian Tour for a while.
By reaching nine semi finals in 2006 AVP, she won the award most improved Player.
She also had a time of playing in the teams of both Holly McPeak & Elaine Youngs.
By the end of 2006 she was a top 10 Player in the AVP in many statisticts.
Branagh was 13th in a 1st main game, and always has been since that occasion. She and Elaine Youngs won a title in Miami in 2007.
Ny this date she has won over 160,000 dollars.
