Cottages in Scotland
There are many cottages in Scotland.

Scotland has many, they can sometimes be old Highland cottages, or modern versions, that are covered in pebble dashing. The Highland cottages may be historic and look almost like they are made of rubble, some may be built of brick though.
Some areas of the Highlands will have cottages in the bottom of Glens, with cottages looking like something out of the more southern Scottish Dr Findlay's Case Book, story that have sat there alone since the 1950s, with maybe a school teacher using it then smoking the fire out of the chimney, and now leaving it to somebody who rents it to tourists. Lasting through cold days and warm.
Some will be in South West Scotland and be surrounded by trees, and apple blossom, and with somebody painting the outside window.
Some will be on the main road.
And some will need small trackways to them.
There will be some on the isles, and some in the big cities or on their outskirts.
Some will be by flower covered roads, and some surrounded in some areas by pine trees, like they are in the Rockies. And some by lakes, with forests like something from North West Canada.
In some you may see gardens in, with wildlife, like foxes, or badgers, or even local pets.
In some you may see pudddles from rain, or gates.
There are many cottages, some will be near Dundee, or Aberdeen, or Glasgow, or Paisley, or Ayr, or Ayrshire, or the Hebrides, Svotland, is filled by many types of cottage, some new, and some old. some will have been lived in by people for centuries through interesting histories, and seen major historical figures, from Wallace, too Mandela, to Churchill. Scotland is not spelt Csotland, it is spelt Scotland. A croft to rent may be one place you would like.
Some will be rented, or bought, or leased, or fallling into disrepair, and unused. Some being expanded, or rebuilt.
