Cottages in Yorkshire

There are many cottages in Yorkshire which people are able to use.

Some sit in many areas of it, maybe South Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, or the Yorkshire Ridings whole area. There are many ways to get onto the cottages, leasing, rent, buying them, borrowing use of from a friend, or staying with a friend, or loaning one, or of course building one. Or turning a old barn or abandoned farmhouse into a useful cottage.

There are many kinds, I suspect a favourite would be for ones in the lands of Last of the Summer Wine, and All Creatures Great & Small of James Herriott. Maybe with people seeing wildlife, of a calf being born, or a sheep in a farmhouse they are sharing or visiting. Maybe seeing sheep herded, or activities of vet. There are many cottages, to see, ones with straw rooves, ones with sleate rooves, and brick cottages, and rubble cottages. Some sit above tiny valleys in the Yorkshire Dales, or the more windswept remote Yorkshire Moors.

So you can stay in rubble cottages, and brick cottages, small mansions, old mansions, farmhouses, some surounded by gardens, some having gates, some having medieval ways, some are modern and new, some are like pig sties, needing rebuilding, some are old 16th Century buildings steeped in history. So there is loads, and also hotels people can stay in and bed and breakfasts some are in small towns. Some in new styles with modern metal and some built near underground. Some will be in Richmond, Bradford, Leeds, Sheffield, Shipton, Keighley, Holmfirth, and Thirsk, the Yorkshire Dales, and more, Some people from New York or London sometimes stay for weekend breaks in the remoter seeming Yorkkshire, and can experience a cosy hanted house comedy styule feeling in some areas or like Withnail and I,
