You enter the temple, in a great relief it is unoccupied, you go in. And look around the place.

You look up to the mural on the wall. And you see the map of the area, you use your reading of Egyptian hieroglyphics, to realise that there is a quick route to the temple.

But it seems to indicate that inside a case, is the map to the places.

You look in the three holes, and see that in the first hole is a snake, and in the second a group of rats, and in the 3rd a large spider.

Strangely they do not come out of the hole, after many years, they must have been bred to stay in them as guards. But the other strange thing indicated is that there is a map in each one. From the indications no one else could read the hieroglyphics so nobody else looked in. And that there are maps in each one. And even ancient Egyptian designed roads.

Which hole do you put your hand in the first second or third. as indicated by the same drawing by 1st second and third, pictures, use your understanding to realise what I mean by that.

Or do you just walk to the smokey mountain not putting your hand in the map
