Many in the party elite hierarchy agree with you, so you are unable to be binned at this stage as candidate, as of you being able to offer them, the chance of being VP, and of them then being unable to get you fired, as the convention is coming up, and set around you, if you did this at it, or during it, you could have been fired,

Not that much security was felt to be needed but you know seem to be doing disasterously.

Do you announce big government proposals,

Or Announce you will be highly conservative and ape all the Republican policies,

Or announce you will be to the right of them on tax, to all,

Or apologise , and say you have lied, you do not want tougher action on Vietnam, and so lose 54-33, with 10 to the right, who say they do want to be tougher on Vietnam, and have seen some agree with them, puurely as of what you said, and 4 to the left
