Valentina Fiorin was introduced to what Italians call pallavolo, at 8 years old, what we call volleyball. in 1991, from her father, manager of the pallavolo team of Vigonovo.
In 1998 she began to play in Serie D with the team Fossò until when, in the following year, she joined Petrarch Sartori Padova in the Italian B1 series.
In 2000 she entered the Italian team, for instance training with them. Not needing to play for a club at the team.
2003 was a difficult year for Valentina. She joined Ravenna, but began to develop back problems. This was followed by her needing a operation on her hernia.
She in 2004 began playing with Cavazzale, then later rejoined A1 series with the Bigmat Chieri.
In 2006 she participated in the World level for Italy in Japan, where she is said to have shown great force of will.
She speaks English to add to her Italian.
