3000 to 60,000 Ulster and other Scottish and English settlers were massacred in the revolt, so in came Royal and parliamentry forces who under Royal comman massacred 1//10,000 local Irishmen,

Scotland's Covenanters also sent in a small army, with support of the king at the start, to help put down the Irish rebellion against fellow Protestants.

Then England split into civil war, the parliamentry side, saw it's allies comitt large massacres, and soon the Irish allied with the more Pro-Catholic king. Even though this king had allowed Catholics to be executed. But he had oppressed Puritanical Protestants, so Parliament was more allied to t5heir moans, so less pro-Catholic. In the end, the Praliemnt won eth civil war, and then the new pretender for the throne, made Scotland invade England, by allying to it's lords, and promissing them booty. There were even some small revolts in Scotland against these nobles. In the end the Nobles, failed, even though Scotland's army had held out against England in 1639, and helped parliament win the English Civil war, it now, saw the king and nobles lead, and so lose, so Scotland was conquerred by Cromwell under the Commonwealth of Scotland, England and Ireland. Well it became that when the king then persuaded Ireland to invade England, he had just promiised to make Scotland invade England, on condition it could impose Presbyterianism, and failed there. Now he was supporting a very millitant Catholic, army to invade England. During the civil war his parents had persuaded Irish lordfs to invade Scotland, where they massacred 1000s, and killed, loads, from Aberdeen, too the South Western Highlands. Now he weas asking an Irish armuy to invade England, so England invaded Ireland. In this invasion the parliamentry army was brutal and comitted massacred that amounted to over 4000 deaths, and fought a brutal war. In the war a ship from Spain brought the plague to a Royalist Western port, it then used the war to spread across Ireland, and kill massiove amount of the population. Most people bizzarely like to blame Cronmwell for the large depopulation Ireland then suffered. But the fact is the Irish revolt, was caused by Royalist oppression, and Cromwell only invaded as the king was preparing an invasion force. So in reality that again was mainly the Royalists fault. Then in the 1680s,after decades of royal oppression in Brirtain, a new dynasty was imposed to replace the corrupt rule of the Stewart dynasty. But in Ireland this was not so, indeed in ireland the Stewart's were seen as more pro-Catholic, than the Dutch guy appointed in their replace, so they revolrted, and this was suppressed, 60,000 died.

In the 18th C there was a famine in the 1740s, while the king;'s had allot of power, 0.6million deaths. In the 19thC, Queen Victoria, and the Parliament which was elected by less than 10% of the population, saw million Irish die, the PM, was there as he was appointed by the Queen, The monarchy did very little about it,
