Born Cypress, California, April 13, 1975,

Heather Lowe who also works as a substitute teacher, started her volleyball playing in the year 1989, then competed in a beach event for 98. She won her 1st professional beach Volleyball championship in the year 2001 while partnering Jennifer Kessy in a FIVB event in Thailand. The best she has got in a US event was in San Diego 2004, collecting a 5th position while serving alongside Jenny Pavley. Heather was able to graduate from Oregon State in the year 1998.

She has partnered a high amount of people, including Angie Akers, Jenny Pavley, Carrie Wright, Jennifer Boss, Ashley Ivy, Michelle Morse, Katie Lindquist, Lauren Fendrick, Jaimie Lee, Liz Pagano, Jennifer Holdren, Gayle Stammer, Courtney Guerra, Tiffany Rodriguez, Sarah Schroeder and Cherry Simkins.
