In Bulgaria and Denmark, underground socialists helped save many Jews, by helping them escape, and protests. Some say 18000 Albanians were massacred by The Yugoslav regime after WW1, plus 10000 died ofg fleeing across the mountains, from the Serbian king's forces, Royalist terror attacks killed many, in other lands, and 100s were massacred by the Serb King's regime in WW1, 100s died in camps and kills by the Royal Yugoslav regime after their total takeover in the late 1920s, with many 100s dying of being evicted from Albanian and Hungarian areas as part of Serbification, 1930s famines in Yugoslivai killed small numbers but did in areas not cared about by the central regime, 1000s I am sure,

100s of Albanians died in coups and fights in 1918-1921, it still has serfdom and sharecropping elements surely causing deaths, to the 1940s, in the 1920s-40s royal regime maybe 2000 died of famine, and Northern revolts, and 100s in mini localised famines, and more people of povicide malnoutrition than the more democratising parts of Europe for this Century, whereas it was loads for both in the last, and many died of blood feuds in Albania, Macedonia, Montenegro and more places Kosovo, many 100s maybe 1000s in small clan warfare, Albania had twice the murder rate of even the highest murder rate year of the US even in the more peaceful 1930s, many were just for political reasons as well as murders, like clan battles, possibly 10s of 1000s died of the blood feud political bits, but that ended in the late 20thC, as of modernisation, and more central control, not that these centralising fetaures were all non brutal, 10s died in other small revolts in 1920s-30s Albania, like a small Muslim revolt, the regime also executed 10s for political reasons, across the 1920s and 1930s, and at the end serfdom, and mass poverty still existed, The 1000s of blood feud kills that were political, not the murders, but the code, enschonsed kills, were by a political order, maybe it was needed, but it needed to be a bit better some may say, and in reality the order was by a hierarchy and right wing undemocratic way usually, not that codes and such can not be left wing,

Germany also saw some kills by rightist revolts in the 1920s, 10s at least,
