Home loan is key to many people. A home loan can help people when they need money to buy a house.Maybe like a mortgage or a such thing. Sometimes people can not get a mortgage so just get a loan, and call it a home loan, a bank loan indeed. I read somewhere the average mortgage lasts 25 years, and somewhere elese that the mortgage company makes back what it lent you, and maybe double that. or the same amount as how much it gave you, though some may off mortgages quicker, and loans too. So with 30000 pounds, if you were buying a 60,000 pounds house, you could pay for 30k of the house, and then pay 1200 pounds a year, so 100 pounds a month, and around 23 pounds a week. why I think I could afford that even on the dole, well if I had side jobs, and I work too, so I could afford a house, even if I was fired later, if they lent money to me, I also read the average mortgage is often said to be 400 quid a month maybe more. but probabaly same for loans. I would need to get the 30000 pounds saved up first though.
