Jennifer Boss was born and raised in Orange County with 2 brothers, She lives with her husband a fellow volleyball player in California.

A fave movie of her's is Monsters Inc., fave band Gwen Stefani, Role Model: Cal Ripkin Jr, Fave Meal: Pizza with Ranch

In 2004 the AVP Most Improved Player title. In 2004 she competed alongside Olympian Barb Fontana & Bronze Winner McPeak in 2005. These linkages earned her finals such as in 2006. She then allied to both Nancy Mason & Rachel Wacholder.

She completed then a 3rd season in a row of being ranked in the top 10 in pts. In her starting 22 games she reached the final day play of a event once, but now has been in all except 2 of 43 tourneys since then.

She completed 2005 third in blocks, and eighth in hitting and kill percentage. In 2006 7th in blocks, 5th in kill percent, and 10th in hitting percent. Then she earned a first beach Volleyball championship in 2001 allied to Heather Lowe at a Beach Volleyball World Tour Thailand Challenger of the FIVB.

She left USC with a degree in history being in the volleyball team for 4 years (1995-1998). She got named All-District 1997, All-American 1998, earning All-PAC 10 selection 95-1998. Also being a U.S. Junior National Team member. She also played indoors for the professional team the Chicago Thunder in 2002 then in Puerto Rico for 2003.

She would like to have been a tennis player possibly, if not doing volleyball.
