If you read most text books, most are right wing lies. They try and make people Western Europeans, who suffered under Nazi'ism, think the only evil regimes of the century were Hitler, and Stalin, Just to make Hitler seem OK, and racism, seem ok, and not horrific, this is wrong, we also had Kaiser's Germany. and imperial regimes. The regime which killed more than any other than Hitler, was of course Kaiser Wilhelm's Germany. So here's my tale about how evil his regime was.

He believed that Aryans, were a superior race,

He caused World War One, which caused more deaths than any war upto then in history, other than blaming Russia, and Austria too.

He invaded parts of Africa, he caused the locals to revolt.

He asked for similar toughness in China

His forces killed loads in Tanzania,

360,000 Russians died in it's camps in WW1, 700,000 Poles were put in forced labour camps, and some towns were evacuated, in the war in poland, thousands of Germans were expeledd ffrom some small isles, and some slavery style ways on some Baltic areas.

They got the Ottomans to fight,

They wanted the Ottoman Sultan to be a puppet, i.e making all the Muslim world the puppets of German imperialism, just like Hitler wanted to do, this would have had an even bigger effect than America's intervention in the Muslim World, which lets face it was never that arrogant,

World War One, was caused by the Kaiser, and Austrian and Russian royals,.

First of all the main catalyst was the assination of Franz Ferdinand, you may wonder why this was, after all if British soldiers, are killed in Iraq, by Saudi or Iranian allowed suicide bombers we do not bomb them, or start world war three, and when the IRA, had some people in Ireland Britain did not bomb Ireland, in the 1970s, so why would one death cause this war, this was, as he had been appointed a major figure in Bosnia, in 1914, already in 1910, Serbian nationalists tried to assasinate a governor, but this time, this Austrian right were pushed by Prussia to attack Serbia, and Serbia brought in Russia,

So Austria made the move, which caused Russia to mobilise, then Germany knew Russia had declared war so invaded Russia's main ally France.

If the Austrian, Russian and German emperors, had not made these choices World War One, would not have happened, and over 70 million people would have had full lives, not died, in 1914-18. All three were unreasonable.

Austria was unreasonable, for occupying Bosnia, in 1874, then totally pointlessly and against I local opinion, declaring it part of the Austrian empire in 1908,. And allowing serfdom to stay in Bosnia during the time, So lets face it, the assasination was of a occupying imperialist. a assasination of that sort that is totally to be expected, So lets face it we can blame Austria allot, and why invade Serbia, just as your official has been killed, it was only as he was a royal, if he was anybody else, they would have said, who cares, if it was a non-royal governor they would have said, hey well that happens, cela vie, but as it was a royal they invaded and knew they were causing a massive war, when he had no right to be a official of Bosnia in anyway what so ever, and also Russia, for promissing to invade Germany if Austria invaded Serbia, and blame Germany for pushing Austria to attack, and for invading France, so making sure the Russian mobilisation was an act of war.

And now why it is ok to blanme the Kaisder most of all for starting World Wr One,

First of all, he was the man at the top, and the leader of Germany. He had the power, he was the person who could sack all major figures in Germany and reappoint them.

The major point though is that he pushed forward the imperial policy, and so caused the great linking of world power,s

It was him who decided most of all to have a large navy, which is what pushed Britain to ally against it, and so pushed Britain into fearing it and wanting war, as Britain's empire relied on the seas, as the fanous anthem goes, Britannia rules the waves, and if it did not, it's prominent posistion in world affairs collapsed, so really creating a huge navy was a bumbling act of war on Britain.

The next most important fact, was that he appointed millitarists, These millitarists in the German regime relied on his legitamacy, he was the man at the top, the buck stops here, is a saying all leaders of countries need to accept, and if they do not, they might aswell let as many psychos, and lunatics, rule their land, as possible, as they have let loose any crazy idea, anybody comes up, I.E look at thios, in the 1950s Eisonhower was asked by some US generals, to drop atom bombs on China, he refused, because he felt the act would be a disaster, and outweigh any percieved benefits for American power. The Kaiser when asked by German generals, to act tough, to mobilise in 1914, against France, said lets do it. In all truth that shows he can be blamed, the number 1 man to blame for the war.;

So in truth every act below him, was an act he could have stoopped, As the emperor of Germany for decades, who had been building up aranaments and building up from a empire, of almost nothing, to a empire of terriroty larger than any German Empire in history, upto then, it can be said, he pusghed towards millitaristism, To

The argument some give against him not being blamed for World War One, is that he sent a telegram to the Russian tsar asking him not to mobilize. But this is a tiny fact, as this happens many times in wars. I.E Hitler asked the British not to mobilize if he invaded Poland, this does not mean that Hitler ( who was a great lover of the German royalty )was not to blame for World War Two, he was the ultimate man to blame, as he knew both Britain, and France had said they would act against him, and whether he belived this or not, it was his judgement, and his act which caused the war, that brought in Western Europe, and so Russia,

It is the same for the Kaiser, it was his judgement, that pushed Russia to war, just saying please do not invade us, is as unmilitarist, as Saddam Hussein, when US troops are invading Iraq, saying please do not take Baghdad, I live there.

And other sources state, that when he mobilised he did not want to cause a major war. This is immaterial, Nobody wants to cause a major, war, even Hitler, Hitler wanted all lands to surrender before him. Look at Stalin, did Stalin plan to kill as many Ukraianins, as possible when he started Communisation, no , he just allowed this to happen part way through the disaster, as he felt it was nesseccessary, in pursuit of his goals, The Kaiser's aim, was to take France, without war, and then take lands, off it, and then carry on expanding German domination, It was aplan for domination, that lacked proper idealism, and was about nationalism, Yes idealist empires can do bad, but his was about German Empire, mostly, for instance in Mexico, supporting the far right racist anti-Mexican forces, against the liberal mexicans, as it benefitted German financial interests. Yes all lands do that to a huge extent, But a German dominated world, as would have happened, if the Kaiser had won World War One, or never been stood up to, surely would have been even worse than the one we have today, as instead, of the ideals of democarcy, and freedom, and equality, it would have been about old fashioned rightist millitarist ideals, like the Nazis, and the world would have been dictatoral for centuries, and seen even more slavery,

The truth is that the Kaiser, does have a good case for him being regarded as evil,

If you look at nmost empires in history, from the Roman to British, they were piecmeal, gains, of a few PMS, wanting to take this land, to defend this gift by a king, then a trader taking this isle, and in the end British commercial domination, and some imperial aims, and lack of liberal scruples, about not wanting to be a empire, saw Britain become a huge empire, the German Kaiser, just wanted to be the greatest power in the world,

really lets face it, he did, and lets face it, he pursued that aim, like no other, and was the master of that policy,

So in all truth the German Kaiser, Russian Tsar, and Austrian emperor can be blame,d the Austrian emperor knew what he was doing so there,
