How to stop a nervous twitch, When I was 16 I developed a nervous twitch, It was biology class, and the teacher was teaching biology, I wanted to njot looked embarssed even though I was not, but we are all sitting round as she said stuff, and my head started sahaking, I then reduced it to just shakes, but for a while, in class, my head shook allot, and it shook allot, in class, and in times when I had to speak and at some presenttaions, very emabressing, Then it slowed down in college, it was never active among my family. In colege i did a presentation, and it shook, embaressing to all. Then I skipped some, happened, again, very embaressing. Of course most people were nice, not that most peopel are nice. but one horrible scumbag wanted everybodys marks put down who was not good at speaking, i think that sort of ruthless person should be chucked in a gulag, what a sicko,
Anyway how did I solve it.
I went to a hypnotherapsts, and became, calmer. From school I started to try to be unnervingly calm, maybe made me look weird at times, it helped, Then hypnothreapists helped make me calmer, the counsellor, was not enoughm, I needed hypnothreapy realloy concentrate, and to make sure, I did something esle, I bought a few cans of lager, I do not drinik, it is a sickm eveil habit, but it calms me down, It does not make me more intrestuing it makes me more confident, even duller, and morose, then sick, on the floor, I can not drink the stuff, it taest like urine, or detergent depenmding on what it is.
Anyway for the big day, there was a prsentation coming upm, gota get it ready, needed it for marks to pass.
One day I turned up at class, and no one was there, so I decided to do the hypnotherapy thing in real, life, I made the presnetation, just reading it out, and saying it, It went all right, I did not twitch, Also in my place where I was haring a flat, one day nobody was there, so I read it out there, and also back at home with my family telling them to be serious, nopt to act like it was a joke, and to my twin over the ophone, when nobody was there, You also have to be quite confident in what are you are saying, even if it's rubbbish, who cares, all there's are rubbish so why should you care, yours is good, you are tops.
Anyway, I arrioved at work, nothing to chabce drank alcohol for breakast something I will never do again, I would prefer to have a twitch than be a drunk insulting people all the time. I arrived at college, had a nothe cabn, asked a pal, if he would lend me money to buy more, I stank of eth stuff. I made the speech,
But one thing more I forgot to saym, I also went to the doctors and got beta blcvkers, or whatever they give you, and took enoughm, to make sure, making sure I could take alochol with this type,. I was so calm, I did a little imagining I could do it.
I wenmt in front of the clas, and read it out, and did it right, it was without twitcghing, but all thise made me blasse, so I succdeeded,
Yes the scumbag still wanted everybody who just read it marked down, me and lots of others, but he was no genous he was no great shakes, and I succeeded, past a scumbag, and qa disability, so that makes me a great person.
Well I wonder, if I
got it, as I stopped having a pillow, around then ,i cam not remember if it was
before or after, or if I exersized my head, round and round too fast,
