Obsesional neuroisis is wrong

It is a misleading lie, and many peopl have it, and it is wrong. I had it when I was a nervous kid, touching thinsg thinking that will stop anything bad happening to me, at teh start I did not know wehat the bad would be, it probabaly came from nervous fears. Then later I decided it was to do with deatsh in my family, which is wrong, as whichever I cared about most it then decided that is what it was about, saying virtually the other neurosos , yeah they did not matter.

I have seen 2 programmes giving me relaitsatuion this is wrong, A a programme called Lowdown, on CBBC, which had a kid, when I was young, switching light on and off, I used to do that too,

And also one where I heard on computer, where a kid says his neurosis, he says how he used to say stuff backwards, and how he has stopped it,

I have found when I became unemployed, or stopped playing football so much in College, so had less to do, I became neurotic, and when I got my job, and started having more feelinsg I am useful it reduced, And when bad thinmsgt happenm to me, it increases, And it's teh same for my little brother. Added to this in the town where I work, I saw some guy, who looked unemployed, he looked like a decent person, but d without a job, and I saw him stop and tap, the road's markings for a while, something I used to do,. I also reduced when some kid saw me and said why is he tapping that.

And we do it less ibn public, than on our own,

So neurosis, is wrong, and we can have happier lives without it.

You are a good person, you deserve better,
