Entrepreneurship is a practice of starting new organizations, particularly new businesses generally for new identified opportunities. Entrepreneurship is often a difficult undertaking, as a majority of new businesses fail. Entrepreneurial activities are different depending on typse of organizations being started. Entrepreneurship may involve creating jobs.

Many high profile entrepreneurial ventures seek venture capital or angel funding in to raise capital to build a business. Many types of organizations exist to support entrepreneurs, including specialized government agencies, business incubators, science parks, and some NGOs.

Characteristics of entrepreneurship
entrepreneur, has vision and enthusiasm for this vision, is the driving force of an entrepreneurship.
vision is usually supported by set of ideas not awared by majority of the market/industry.
overall blueprint to realize the vision is clear, however details may be incomplete, flexible, and evolving.
entrepreneur promotes the vision with an influential passion.
persistant and deterministic mindset, the entrepreneur devises a set of entrepreneurial strategies to thrive for the vision.

Dragons' Den is a series where entrepreneurs pitch their ideas to secure investment finance from elite business entrepreneurs. Such as a way of ensuing plants don't die when left at holiday time, a high-end glossy magazine, and a laser-guided spirit level all come under scrutiny. A entrepreneur on the show suggested "For a year or so now I've been telling anyone who cares to listen that business is the new rock'n'roll.
