Nightclubs in Texas are geat places to go to for a fun time. Many people go to Texan night clubs, indeed they are a very popular idea. there. There are ones in the middle of nowhere playing country abnd western music, that fill up with peopkle, and also ones in city centres. I think they were in JFK, where Lee Harvey Oswald is in one, and also some other movies. You can imagine Dallas may hvae had people in them, but who knows. South Beach is an after hours nightclub located in Houston, Texas within the Neartown area which opened in 2002 on the former site of Club Heaven. The 10,000 square foot dance club located at 810 Pacific Street is popular among the city's gay community. In 2007, the club was voted Houston's Best Gay Bar by AOL City Guide and again was awarded Houston's Best Gay Bar 2008 and Houston's Best Dance Club 2008 by AOL City Guide. The club was previously awarded as one of the "Best of 2006" by the Houston Press.
Among South Beach’s many features is a full color water cooled matrix laser light show utilizing Kryogen Ifex liquid ice Jets that spray out a thick cloud of nitrogen. The ice jets have the ability to reduce the temperature of the club by 20 degrees in a few seconds. Additionally, the club also features go-go boys.
South Beach is owned by Charles Armstrong of Charles Armstrong Investments, which also owns a number of other gay venues in the same area, including JR's Bar & Grill, Montrose Mining Co., and Meteor. In 1939 the Tropicana theatre and restaurant (as it was first called) opened its doors in Marianao. After closing temporarily as tourism declined in wartime; the Tropicana re-opened in 1945, as did other night-clubs such as the Sans Souci, the Montmatre, and their competition, the Gran Casino Nacional. In 1946 Rita signed with the Tropicana, with Bola de Nieve as accompanist, to take part in the midnight spectacular. She reigned here as the number one figure for nearly four years: it was the longest-running contract of her career. Mongo Santamaría commented: "This launched the era of the Cuban caberet super-productions" Texas is a state located in the South Central United States nicknamed the Lone Star State. Austin is the state capital. Texas, the second largest U.S. state in both area and population, spans 268,820 square miles (696,200 km2) and has a growing population of 23.9 million. Houston is the state's largest city and fourth largest in the United States, while the Dallas/Fort Worth area ranks as the largest metropolitan statistical area in Texas and the fourth-largest in the United States. There will be nightclubs around Texas, some have comedians in them making jokes, some have sports stars, cahtting up women, or other men, some sell loads of alochol,. some do not allow in people with trainers, some have bouncers, some will be in cellars, or high up, some are for dancing or loud music, some are for older businessmen, and may be strip joints, some will have gamkbling, some will have cow machines and some will have celebrities, Some will have cinemas in, and some will have loads of srtuff. There will be loads of things.
Traveling east to west, the landscape of Texas gradually evolves from that of the Deep South into that of the desert Southwest, going from piney woods to semi-forests of oak and cross timbers, into rolling plains and prairie, then finally to desert in the Big Bend. These wide open spaces of the Texas prairie have lent currency to the phrase that "everything is bigger in Texas". Due to its long history as a center of the American cattle industry, Texas is associated throughout much of the world with the image of the cowboy.
