North Dakota Hotels are fab ideas. The state is a state in the North of the USA, on the Canadian border. Many will stay in hotels here as it is a place that has opportunities for tourism. North Dakota is a state located in the Midwestern and Western regions of the United States of America. North Dakota is the 19th largest state by area in the US; it is the 48th most populous, with just over 640,000 residents as of 2006. North Dakota was carved out of the northern half of the Dakota Territory and admitted to the Union as the 39th state on November 2, 1889. There are much wildlife to see a nd lanscape, its a wide open space in terms of allot of places freeof people so there is areas for you to go to be away from it all, and some go hunting, or treking, or outback walking. North Dakota's major fine art museums and venues include the Chester Fritz Auditorium, Empire Arts Center, the Fargo Theatre, North Dakota Museum of Art, and the Plains Art Museum. The Bismarck-Mandan Symphony Orchestra, Fargo-Moorhead Symphony Orchestra, Greater Grand Forks Symphony Orchestra and Minot Symphony Orchestra are full-time professional and semi-professional musical ensembles that perform concerts and offer educational programs to the community. North Dakota cuisine includes Knoephla soup: a thick, stew-like chicken soup with dumplings, lutefisk: lye-treated fish, Kuchen: a pie-like pastry, lefse: a flat bread made from mashed potatoes that is eaten with butter and sugar, Fleischkuekle, a deep fried entree of ground beef covered in dough, and served with chips and a pickle in most restaurants; strudel: a dough-and-filling item that can either be made as a pastry, or a savory dish with onions or meat; and other traditional German and Norwegian dishes. North Dakota also shares concepts such as hot dishes along with other Midwestern states. You want a hotel here as you need a business trop or are meeting family, or are on your way to somewhere, maybe a motel suitable. Bismarck, located in south-central North Dakota along the banks of the Missouri River, has been North Dakota's capital city since 1883, first as capital of the Dakota Territory, and then as state capital since 1889. North Dakota's most populous city is Fargo. The state has four cities with populations above 30,000 (based on 2005 estimates). In descending order they are Fargo, Bismarck, Grand Forks, and Minot. While North Dakota's population has seen a gradual rural decline, the migration has led to growth in its urban centers. Or maybe you are seeing stuff about the Film Fargo. Some like to go where their fave movie was shot, and for some it will be this movie.
South Dakota Vacation is a idea too. South Dakota I think was on a Michael Moore programme in the 1990s and it said South Dakota was one of the least visited states in the Union. It said some things people could do there on holiday, like see the place which according to one measure marks the slap bang centre of North America, It may have been North Dakota though, but now Located in the north-central United States, South Dakota is bisected by the Missouri River, dividing the state into two socially and economically distinct halves, known to residents as "West River" and "East River".[4] Rich soil in the eastern part of the state is used to grow a variety of crops, while ranching is the predominant agricultural activity in the west. In the southwestern portion of the state rise the Black Hills, a group of low, pine-covered mountains. A region of great religious importance to local American Indians as well as a major draw for the state tourism industry, the Black Hills are also the location of Mt. Rushmore, probably the best-known location in the state and a widely used symbol of South Dakota. It must have been North Dakota as South Dakota has Mount Rushmore National Memorial, near Keystone, South Dakota, is a monumental granite sculpture by Gutzon Borglum (18671941), located within the United States Presidential Memorial that represents the first 150 years of the history of the United States of America with 60-foot (18 m) sculptures of the heads of former United States presidents (left to right): George Washington (17321799), Thomas Jefferson (17431826), Theodore Roosevelt (18581919), and Abraham Lincoln (18091865). The entire memorial covers 1,278.45 acres (5.17 km2) and is 5,725 feet (1,745 m) above sea level. It is managed by the National Park Service, a bureau of the United States Department of the Interior. The memorial attracts approximately two million people annually. And many people go there to see this famous US monument. Advertiosed so well in the classic movie North by Northwest which is also many's fave movie. Yes it was North Dakota North Dakota" - An investigation into why North Dakota is the least visited state in the USA,. Yes it wqas, but there was lost to do there in the snow. Sioux Falls is the largest city in the U.S. state of South Dakota. Sioux Falls is the county seat of Minnehaha County, and also extends into Lincoln County to the south. The city is the primary city of the Sioux Falls Metropolitan Statistical Area, and as of the 2000 census, Sioux Falls had a population of 123,975 and a metropolitan area population of 187,093.
