Down with the Russian Royals

I wrote this, as I am interested in Russia, I travelled, to Russia, when I was younger, when we had a holiday, there, it was very interesting. The Russian Royal family were deposed in 1917 for a good reason. This regime was a evil regime. It was a regime that was a dictatorship that had entered a era of unpopularity. It was a regime that was a appalling disgrace, in 1917 Russia was a land, as poor as any in Europe, with the lowest life expectancy, with poverty, and inefficient disastrous government, of snobs, and catastrophe. So I start the story in the 1850s. In the 1850s, Russia was a nation which was with Romania, and Turkey, the last remaining land in Europe to still have slavery of serfdom, within it's boundaries. Turkey having slavery in parts of Istanbul, while Romania having slavery and serfdom also to the 1860s, Russia was seeing an increase in serf riots, across the 1850s, more and more opposition, to the regime's serfdom. With 23 revolts a year against the regime. And only a life expectancy of 24. With the lowest economic growth in Europe from, 1800-60. Police and firemen would flog disobedient serfs, and would forbid travel,. As the tsars lived in incredible wealth as to the lords and aristocracy too. Sales of serfs as slaves publicly was ended in 1841, in a move towards liberalism, something that had caused many deaths via moving serfs over lands. Russia still oppressed nationalities across Europe, forbidding many aspects of the Polish language, and other languages, and pushing down pride in Ukrainian and Georgian nationalism. In the 1860s some peasants were still flogged for picking up twigs to help repair their homes in parts of Poland. Anyhow in the 1850s there was the Crimean war, a war which told Russia's leaders that their empire, a huge empire was failing for such a massive potential. In this war they lost in their own territory of Crimea, this war was caused by Britain fearing Russia was trying to take Istanbul,. Which would then put Russia barely any KM, in comparison to Egypt, and other financial interests for Britain, so Britain and France and Turkey fought Russia in this peninsula, seeing people die. Added to this the Russian Empire also evicted 500,000 Circassians during this war. In the 1853-56 Crimean war, 250/500,000 people died, some claim 4 million acrosss the century, in evcitions, including the Cacucus evictions, mostly Russian and Turk. During the war 600,000 Russians also died. And added to this the Russian forces massacred some Fins trying to surrender to Brits in the Baltic Sea, where there were fears there would be a war, by firing on them, Added to this Circassians, were mistreated across the c, 1.2Million too 2million fled to Turkey and the Middle East, of which 0.5million died on the way in ships, across the Century, and another 0.5million to 1 million in kills and depopulations by wars in the Caucacus. this war pushed the Russian Tsars and leadership to accept their liberal's views that serfdom had failed. Added to fears that the serfs may depose the serfdom, this saw the regime decide to abolish serfdom. Seeing only 12 years earlier, in 1848-52, Hungary and Austria had seen serfdom abolished there by a revolt, and that Russia, had helped suppress this revolt, the fear of peasants was key. So Russia abolished serfdom. They also decided they would hand some land to the serfs, as it was felt that a landless peasantry would be so angry it would overthrow the government straight away. But of course this absolutist activity was done in a unfair way, They end 26million state's, 23million's private's serfdom in 1861, So 52 million serfs that year, But we cam say still millions were remaining in feudal conditions among tribes, like having to give treasure to the tsar, and others, So the serfs were given land, but had to pay for it via a mortgage, and also paid more tax to the Russian tsar now,. The worst reform, was that many serfs, lost allot of the land, they farmed, especially in lands of richer areas, so struggled even more now than before, as the ending of serfdom for them, was just the same as before. As the people were barred from moving from their mirs, without persimmon, or passports. Mirs were the local feudal version of communes, that were not really co-operatives more, like some people in a prison asked to sort out their gardens, and send stuff to the leader, of which they do not really decide the products, and are led, 100s died rebelling by 1863. With a poll tax on the, and kept to 1883. Many peasants were essentially barred from the cities to 1917, Russian oppression in Poland, saw the second Polish revolt of the 19thC, with 1000s killed, and 10s executed, by the Russian army. 5 people were shot dead in Warsaw in 1861, in events. Added to this there was a famine in 1867 in Russia, and the Baltics, which saw 10s of thousands of people emigrate, and some deaths. There was also a large famine in peasant Finland in 1867 which killed 10% of the population, 100,000 fatalities. Where landless peasants could not buy land, with many knowing they could be jailed or flogged for disobeying lord's orders, or sent to gulags. So anyhow Russia, remained the poorest land in Europe, 1500 socialist organisers were arrested in 1874, Some were so angry at these humiliating arrests, That in 1881, was of the extreme members of this group of socialists assassinated a tsar, The key detail here was what the next tsar did, He decided that as a small proportion of the groups were Jewish, And from this the extreme aritso element of the right started to claim all the socialism was Jews, and so later wrote the elders of Zion, and so caused the Holocaust, Excited mobs kill 50 Jews in 1881, at the very least, Told to by Cossacks, & police who come & order rioting, Also 20,000 with that made homeless, & 100,000 financially ruined, So it had re-started that thing, quite a high number of deaths, And 100s, in the rest of the 80s, & 90s, Laws were enacted to make Jews not be allowed to own certain mortgages, Officials rob, evict, 100/200,000 Jews around the land, by 1900, Like the eviction of 20,000 of Moscow's Jews in 1890, Also there were 35/55,000, In Siberia who began to be barred from moving, very much at all, More politicals, were sent to Siberia like prior disobedient serfs, The death rate of Russia, ups often like 1860-70, in Russia, & Italy,Or like many 19thC lands inanely, that probably had some economic or ruler's reason, Russia 3million dead at least, & rest of Europe, 3million,In the 1890s Cossacks crush yearly rising, of mistreated ex-serfs, Daily, farm chiefs beat workers, in some areas,1500die at a people's royal beer party 1894, Showing the evil of that sort of mix, Famine, saw 2/142,000 die in the 1850s, 10/220,000, in the 1860s, excluding the Finnish area, & Central Asia, & the LE decline,400/725,000, in 91-2, especially in SE-European areas, 0.7/83million in 72-99 rest, like near Samara, later called Kyibushev, 0.29/0.82million builders of railways & buildings canals, And Russian rule, S-Central Asia, S-Caucasus famines, and Siberian punishments, And non-indentured/war democides, 0.81million war's diseases global, some in Russia itself, like of influenza, & such were unlisted elsewhere, & such, But did in the late C cause big epidemics far bigger than anything in Britain, In the late 20thC, And definitely caused by war, not other things, Lets say half the 2 last stats were in European's Russia, & Europe,Look at http://www.lonympics.co.uk/

So it was then partly Jihadist, & some other were partly uprisings & against bad government, In 1881, they takes Geok-Tepe,

And peasants kill landlords, in very low numbers maybe 10s at most, And workers get angry & stop working,
Seeing this as a opportunity to have a European style wealth, And freedom, from Orthodox Christian to oppressed Hebrew, Nations rose V the armies Russification, Georgian guerrillas, Poles with strikes, And many killed, or shot, there, Balts, 80die Latvia, rises, plus they also massacred many landlords there, too,

So the Marxist Soviet St. Petersburg submits, As of the regime's crushing blows, And a rich franchise Duma powerless parliament starts, on the liberals' deals,
Which had no legislative powers, And a treaty is signed as the end of the Japan war, And tens died in Georgian US riots, near there in that year era, The same years there were kills in the Cameroon, in wars, Finns, of both sexes vote for a senate, to calm it, It was felt Fins, as a territory could be divided off & not revolt as of this concession, Always feared by the Russian elite, or ignored so they gave it a large concession, Not offered to Poles, or Ukrainian, Or Central Asian, or any other,But both the Finnish, & Russian parliaments are undermined, ignored, & see the regime, carry on holding real power, I mean they saw a franchise allow many to vote if not all men, But it saw like Prussia, the rich get a larger fraction of the seats than the poor, In an even more extreme way than Prussia, making it look undemocratic, The lower house saw the big cities also with few votes, & some members of the lower class, were with no vote,
Not that it was of much value for those who did, Not even all males could vote so it was very construed towards a rightist majority, As I say at a even more pro-rich get more seats way than Prussia, And it had no legislative power, & could not do anything without upper permission, With a upper house, of members appointed by royalty, so not a democracy, At least if they were barons, Although that would then be a stronger long term blocker, that would be a bit plural, Though I suppose that way was less scary than a aristo parliament, As that is just a confederation of the rich doing the royal's bidding, When a appointed senate relies on the dictator's power, & so then is weak & can easily be ended, It was a powerless force of no power, Not even a threat unlike Prussia, Knowing it could easily be ended, by a royal decree, or it's army, at a time of crisis, Or calm, It was like a dwarf majority electing a few members to a powerless lower house, Where most members are chosen by scary giants, So no wonder socialists just did not accept this, And even worse as it could not even hope to have majority rule, As the rich had most seats by far, And the poor's seats quite divided into being pro-rich, by schemes, And seeing many of their seats in fixing methods won by rightists they opposed, And even this was not regarded as good enough by the leaders, Even though it had no real power, So a new even more pro-rich version was created, after the other was abolished, In 1907, Which was bound to just elect conservatives who quarreled with reforms, Who were against reforms favouring more Finish sovereignty or peasants, With left wing tiny members just knowing this, & using it to make speeches, That just condemned the elite, While the remaining peasant communes, of land, Were often forcibly broken up, by the regime, Like enclosures, lets say there were 10,000 enclosure victims in 1900-17, Moving to better life in cities,
There was also a gold field revolt in 1912, Which saw in Siberia's Lena River region, 170 miners shot dead, Over trying to limit the 14 hour day,
His sort of thing helped push miners towards the Bolsheviks, And saw the P leader name himself after the river, So in a sense the river is honour after him, as it has not been renamed, A government which easily ignored Duma choices, And was not responsible to it, Look at http://www.lonympics.co.uk/
0.65-1.29million Russians die in 1900-13, in famines/democides/child labour/war, Of bad regimes, Plus 0.5million in Central Asia & Turkey, split equally,
Lets say the top total is right, With 10/25,000 were massacred by the state, & the rightist factions in the era, Of 1900-13, Including in the revolution, Of 1905, 1911/03, sees 30mil, a of 1/4 Russians live for months on roots, & for weeks a gut hunger, Where they got whittled bones, with wheat exported abroad, Like in large parts, of Russia, & even small ones in the Ukraine, Which caused emigration from Slavs provinces, Some claim many millions died in these famines,
But I find no real evidence for that, But there is evidence some died, & I blame them for the cholera epidemics, In the 1910s, they end passports for leaving Mir's, With some increases in freedom, Some peasants, 'Kulaks' can borrow, buy land, For entry to what now seemed a higher class, And quickly got envied, as of their higher wealth, & them exploiting their situation, With that kind of thing, but still some were of aristo classes before, They had officially began in 1906,
& were usually those with over 8 acres of land who used hired labourers, The Bolsheviks, felt that only the hired labourers, Would be true helpers of the working class, in the cities, & factories, They new society was supposedly also split into, As well as Kulak rich farmers, who were 16% up from 11% in 1903, in the 1920s, An then there were the majority poor peasants who owned little land, & medium prosperity farmers,Police raided dissidents homes, suppressed revolts annually,
To stop ordinary Russians chant for rights, They order murder, With from 1902-12 Pogroms, saw 50000Jews injured, 10-100%die, Many elites often encouraged this, The leadership of the government, & certainly some sections were organising them, & world-wide anti-Semitism, And some often admitted it was bad to the liberal Wt, But on the other hand claimed, it was not their fault, I suppose some would use these things as a threat, And it often being said by leaders, that these people, were being held back by them, That it was not their fault, But usually & often it was, But minorities & nationalities last though,
To turn Russia to more equal peaceful contented revolution, Fur-hats wearing Moscow, Had seen Europe's largest tribe usually beat by others, some wins over less free, Cossacks, 1861, & neighbour's tyranny saves it, 1000AD base potentially, uselessly to people, strongest, in Europe, As of population numbers,
Free equality would turn it from historically Europe's poorest, to 1 of E-Europe's richest, Terrorists kill 2/5,000 officials from 1907-14,

Lets say 1000s died under their oppression in the 19thC, as of depopulation
And 19,000 in depopulation in 19thC, of these tribes and other Far East tribes,
And 10/22,000 in the 18thC, Also in WW1, we can blame this war partly on the Kaiser, I say half, then a quarter on the Russian Emperor, and ¼ on the Austrian Emperor.
So how can I say this, you may ask, well its as the,
German emperor, can be blamed for WW1, as he led the land, that can be blamed most,
Then we can blame Austria and Russia, for a quarter each,
As they were partly to blame too, Russian mobilisation saw Germany have to invade it,
And Austria's invasion of Serbia, caused WW1 to start,
So we can blame that on something like 70 million deatsh to share,
Of which most were the 1917 Flu virus, that bit links to a site on what many call the spanish flu 1918, even though it started outside Spain really,
In the Boxer rising, For insane leaders 115000die, mostly Chinese, mostly by Russian moves,

Of a thorough drive by monarchy, against them,
0.3million fled a Rus eviction attempt going far to the E, of 1771, most die,
Few remain there, at all,

During 1900-14 5000 Jews died in pogroms, in Russia, In 1917 the feudal system that required Far Eastern tribes to give tribute ended,

He was called the Terrible,
Disrespect was ingrained, with these,

As adult, kills son, crying, screams, pulls own hair bald, so it was inherently evil,
They also added to ruling-class conflict,
And used a new brief rich-classes' Assembly, to take control off nobles,
That was soon abolished aswell,

Horribly absolutists medieval torture equipment kills 1000s, of Moscow beggars/nobles,
And this regime, murders 0.26million,
Large annexation of N wastes,
Used to bribe support, that could be used for palace's servants & such,
They now then annex Kazan,

And Astrakhan, where sandy Caspian towns of fabled floating cloud's palaces,

Except they had the coloured ball steeples of the Ottoman church, That have pointed tops, they are gold, green red, multi coloured, etc.,
