Scottish Food

Scottish Food is something that has some wide acclaim and fame. Many a person likes Scottish food, and many so as they are Scottish, although not as famous as Italin food it is great. The traditional reputation of Scotland and it's Scottish food, is oats, which some commentators have mocked, saying it is horse feed, a racist barb, or a jest against we Scots. it includes oatcakes, porridge, and oat stuff. Also there is haggis, a cow's stomach or something with mince and tatties, the delicous sweet sugarry tablet. Also morning rolls in Aberdeen, and also there are regional breads as you get everywhere. Also cremola foam, omnce, not knowm, they lost the recipe, also irn bru, some see it as a hangover cure. Also pheasants and game birds, and deer, and haggis soup, Mrs Baxters soup, and Nairn that guys cafe tjhe Ramseys; and good Scottish ingrediants, also trout fishing and Scottish salmon. And of course caramel was invented in Scotland, The attack on Scotland is it;s fatty food culture, well deserved some say, as we eat to much fat, but such meals, sausages, and such chipsand battered stuff, of course the legendary nay so legendary as the haggis the deep fried mars bar, WELL lOADSA stuff, Scotland has some fab restranyuts take aways fancy diners and loads more there is loads a Scottish food, I also like Scotch eggs, but they are not proven tpo be Scottish. Some internet sites sell Scottish foofd to expat Scots, and some who have never ben to SCOTLAND.
