Some ancient Britons, used Anglo-Saxon mercanaries, who became leaders of E-England, then either brought in colonists, or tookover, and over time, took, the Briton, speaking areas of England, of that Roman-Briton, mixed with old Brythonic.Overtim,e these Anglo-Saxon states, expaned and took all modern eastern, England, in large expansions. Anyway by the mid sixth C, they held loads of what is today England. And only some Celtic states remained, dotted about England, but loads, in Cornwall, Scotland, and Wales.
