Essay on the World's Most Powerful Countries
I decide the list on the basis, of my own judgement. Thinking about who has the strongest army, or economy, and such.
I believe the conclusions are correct. What can we say about the list. We can say that the most successful and powerful are the most populous or the lands with the longest histories of freedom, and equality. We can see the views and comments opf others at the bottom of the page.
I read one list claimed Britain is more powerful is Russia. I think this is wrong. Russia is a huge land, that can do whatever it has, in it;s land. While Britain is geographically small. And can not do so much. Russia was allowed to Crush the Chechens horrificaly and disgustingly, and to send forces into Central Asia, While Britain was unable to beat the IRa in Ulster, in total ways. Not just because of democracy making us a better land than the Putin-Yeltsin-Right wing absolutist tsarist loving anarchy inequality anti socialist anti left wing nonsense, Russia has powwer over itself, and has a huge size and bigger population so has more power over itself, Britain was obssessed about Zimbabwe to obssessed many would say, and unable to oust it, Britain can be a power for good, but that is good, so can Russia be, but Russia maybe unhappily for it, is more powerful, the biggest sign is how the media, duting the Iraq war, for loads of newspapers on the right in Britain, a very nationalist group, were more pro Bush than their own Tory party. AT TIMES. Surely insane, There were loads of American columnists in British right wing newsdpapers insulting British Tories for not agreeing with US Iraq war policy, as if the British people were some foreigners and the US were our nation, as it was Americans writing the stuff as Americans have allot of influence in our media, I find it hard to believ that in all the US media there are British Tories lambasting Bush, and commending Britain's Tories, I am just stating facts, I bet France did not have that as much, only probabaly Canada and Australia did, THE US\ZA is most powerful as of it's histopry of freedom and equality and the republic good things, So I say the USA is the main power, then Russia as it is so large, With then China, and it's huge population and growth, it controls allot, via the fact of it's large population, but surely has less power than Russia as Russia is more independant as of it;s size, and it's huge army, France has more power than Britain as of it's relations in Africa, Britain has more power than Japan, as Japan is penned in by the US, and China, and has more US influcnce over it, and no near abroad it can tell what to do, even Britain has near abroads, with influence over Austyralia, and economic over some lands, Japan has less, power, as of a shorter world wide imperial history, but Japan has more influence than India, worldwise, indeed India has little influence worldwide at the moment, other than on neighbours, but it is rising I feel, and should be ahead of Britain and France within 20 years, whuich will be no shame on Britain as there are a billion Indians, Japan with its large population may also overtake Britain and France again, Big rich Germany still has some influence as it ios such a wealthy land, Pakistan is high up as too Brazil, Brazil as the lead South American nation
This page has had some contraversial reactions, some have claimed it is inaccurate as Russia, should not be so high, some have even said Israel, and Saudi Arabia should be on the list, which is wrong, as both are very very much influenced by the USA. Some have even claimed South Korea should be on the list. The country itself again is massively influenced by the USA in 2007, and does not have that much power. The list has provoked anger and interest even horror, by some, and fascination by many. Some have even commented multiple times, on the website. Lets face it thats what the best articles have about. The Lonympics World Power Network has had over 20,000 views in 2007 alone. The expertise and knowlege is undeniable. The statements on the countries scientific, correct, proven, I can't think of any better authority than that. The writers of the page have a history of political action, and big clear results, and a history of good knowledge. The list stands past debates and weak criticicms, that have nothing to do with the issues concerned. and can only be called essentially correct.

Great site . The best defence is I saw some comments and they were critical, then I looked at the critics views on websites and it turned out m,ost were closet Nazis. And they had given banal and idiotic cricisisms. This is a great site. Not that all criticicsm of this site is far right inspired some will of course be right, though it is a great site.
